The gimbal is really nice, but the app is glitchy. It takes multiple restarts to connect via Bluetooth & has no connectivity options for use with other apps (Tiktok, Insta, etc.). You're forced to use it if you want to film and use the gimbal's functions, then upload the video into one of the other apps later. There's a learning curve for mastering the different modes, but it seems simple enough after a bit of practice.

All users are complaining about the non-acceptance of password during the activation process. Actually the app's password security is really very week. I just found out that it does not support any special characters in the password which is really very bad because of which all users are facing this problem. Developer should address this issue ASAP.

I'm glad I bought the smooth Q3, but I'm very disappointed with the app, because even after 2 emails and phone numbers, I still can't connect to the device. Gamble buying and selling immediately just because of your failed application, check my mail and give correct solution.
