About this app

A simple and elegant notebook to write new words and discover their meanings and synonyms. Open a new note, whether if it's for a specific book or for a new language you're learning, write the word you're looking for and see its definition and synonyms. The word is listed there so you can go back to your note and review your recent learnings.
Easy to load, the dictionaries are locally stored in your phone for a quick database search. An accessible dictionary app to have by your side at all times, with your findings stored for future consultations. Elegant and simple.

Great app! There is a problem however, with the notes list on the home page. If I have more than 4 notes, the rest are cut off below the keyboard margin, and I'm unable to scroll to view them. I also would love an option to load a specific notebook (or just a search page, maybe) on load instead of going through the homepage, since sometimes I just want to look something up.

Hey, Kevin, thanks for your feedback. I will take a look at the bug you describe with the scroll as soon as possible.

Exactly the kind of app I was looking for! Very minimal and clean. However, I did experience a UI bug. When I tap on a word the keyboard pops up, but then when I close out of the keyboard, the dictionary definition section weirdly floats in the screen. Would love to see this fixed!

The core concept is brilliant. The problem is that a standard language dictionary is an insufficient tool. Most unfamiliar references are not simple vocabulary but include the names of persons, taxonomies, societies, geographies, traditions, etc. An encyclopedia search atop a dictionary search would make this app more useful. As it stands, it's merely a neat idea and will pass quickly into the unused pile of apps with other neat ideas, which are entirely dispensable.
