This app barley works. Sometimes the pictures load, sometimes they don't. I can't see the report because it's locked till a specific date and time. That time has now passed but the same message comes up saying I can't access the report unit this time, in the past! Why lock it in the first place? It's my medical information let me access it.

Clinic people suggested that I use the app to get my scans. This app doesn't even let me sign up. It asks for a mobile number so that they can send a link to set up password, it doesn't work. I tried with email, and it doesn't work either. Very frustrating experience. When I needed my X-rays, I couldn't see them to show for 2nd opinion to another doctor.

This system is fantastic, as long as your phone Dosnt break down. Why can we not use our THUMB OR FINGER PRINTS TO SIGN IN? back to 1974, and just do not know what to do with them. This system is so much better for yourself, to keep up on ongoing issues, 1 major problem with this system is when the Drs or specialist wish too look at them. When enlarged to see small fractures and changes since the last xray or scan etc, it becomes very blurry and you can not read report's on each problem. And th
