Absolutely useless app, used at work instead of WhatsApp. It logs you out constantly after a short spell of not actively using it, it often gives up updating chats forcing you to log out then in, final straw, is password expiry frequently, changed my password and can't log in, so changed another 3 times, still won't allow me, so now permanently deleted app. Cannot recommend this app !

Abysmal. Forced to use this for work communications instead of WhatsApp. App is not user friendly in the slightest and even the simplest of tasks like adding a contact are overly complicated. User interface and app functionality are poorly designed. Basic features that you would expect from a chat application are non existent.

This app is terrible, I'm forced to have it on my private device for work but I can't silence the notifications for more than half an hour, I've had to resort to removing it's permissions to send notifications whenever I'm not at work because if I'm not being paid I don't want to know.
