When I don't attempt to use any of the filters that are unique to this service over others, it's great! More detailed filters often get ignored (Appliance filters in particular - I have a dedicated saved search for a particular type, and it has turned out to be useless - bringing in items with appliances that have been specifically excluded.), and hidden items often sneak back into my feed at random.

We were able to be aware of the private listings before they hit Redfin and Zillow which was huge in the current market. Great searching capabilities, and we liked how we could immediately request showings directly on the house page. Our only complaint is that the chat feature would begin to lag if you attempt to text longer than 20 seconds. we just texted our realtor directly as that became very annoying and inconvenient.

It's been pretty good. Sadly a few days ago it started ignoring my filters and showing me every property for sale in my selected neighborhood. Now it's spamming my inbox with every new and updated listing for hundreds of properties that do not fit my search parameters. Also notable is that frequently the buttons simply dont work.
