It's good app and easy to use But the app to be ussd and internet banking most preferable and the customer able to manage the account at any place with in ethiopia and abroad so please do considaration We are waiting And the app not works for IOS. Zamzam bank more focus on digital banking because everything and the world becomes digital form.

The app is interesting but if it were the transaction like CBE, It would be great if you could show us the transaction where we transferred money and the service centers don't pick up the phone if these things are fixed.

The app is good for now but its not mobile application its the same as the previous ussd. I think you are change it after now with full mobile application. Thus for now when transfer made to zamzam account or othe bank the beneficiary name is doesn't display immediately. The beneficiary name is displayed after the money sent to him. This is very risky. So please made a correction.
