Lousy experience! Unable to login via Gmail, had to reset pw. Finally in, and was smooth until I had to pay. Kept prompting something is wrong. On hindsight, it's right - the something wrong refers to the app. Old app, new app, even online had the same issue. Gave up, in the end I cooked instead as it's less of a hassle than ordering from pizza hut.

Something went wrong error. Yes your app seriously has somethig wrong. Same for your browser . Tried all avenues to do an advance order. Seems like this has been an issues for years. I can confirm and concur with the many 1 star reviews. Terrible. Useless. Waste of time. Dont even know why i waste my time putting this review when i could have order from Dominoes instead.

I can't log in at all! Tried FB, Google and email address. Tried resetting password but it says it's not recognised. I've since stopped ordering pizza for the past 2 to 3 months already. It's very silly to miss orders just because your app can't even allow users to log in. I've even tried ordering as Guest but still failed!
