It's super helpful to have numerous tools in one app. It really increases the odds of me utilizing more than one coping strategy, which increases my odds of successful symptom management. It has several little bugs and glitches but is definitely still worth using in its current state, and I'm looking forward to its continued development.

Some features aren't working properly. It won't save my mood tracking bc there's no button or anything to save it, only the back button so it doesn't save. I love the concept and many of the features, I'm trying out the trial to see if it's worth keeping. But it just seems a bit buggy

This app is super cute, really well-designed, and contains so many features it could replace a WHOLE BUNCH of other apps - self care, mood tracker, goal setting, routine building, meditation tools, challenges and even chat therapy! It's a new app, so all the kinks aren't worked out quite yet, but it is đź’Ż worth downloading and checking out. I can't wait to see what's coming up next!
