DayBand

Impossible to connect to my z flip. Support answers. I have called at least 6 times over last 3 days. I get the same voice who gives me a different American name each time. The last guy said to watch a video that he would email me to help with setup. I like the features, but if I can't get it to connect with my phone, the dayband is fairly useless.

I've had this app (Android) and an associated smart band health tracker for 2 months now. The app keeps closing abnormally after a sync. Un-installing and re-installing and adjusting permissions does not resolve the problem. Error message: "Dayband closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." I'll use my tracker for live data only, this app is useless for historic data collection.

the sleep tracking, which is the entire point of this device in my life, doesn't work. at all. it recorded nothing. the step counter works less well than one one built into my phone, and the app is written in extremely poor English and is hard to interpret or understand. Took three tries to even pair the device, with it resting right on the phone. I've been frustrated with Fitbit for years but even they are better than this.
