Not sure if this is legit, it's a great idea to track carbon footprints to help combat climate change but there are a lot of issues. I paid them to offset 1000kg of carbon emissions and they took the money but it never actually showed on my offsets. I was also offered a £5 gift voucher for filling in a survey but when I received it the link says the payment wasn't valid. When you try to use the support feature it just closes and restarts the app. I emailed them about it, never got a reply.

Thank you for your feedback. A copy of your receipt should be available in the Offsetting history section, and also mailed to you with the offset certificate. Great idea but needs work. Lots of my outgoings misclassified but there was nothing similar in the list of options I could change them too. When you change it to other it shoots up your carbon footprint when in reality I know it should be low. As I said love the idea and will relook in the future

Details weren't accurate, items coming up that weren't what I had done. For example, my shopping came under buying fuel. Tried to close my account through the app, but won't let me do it. Have e-mailed them several times in the last few weeks and no one has deleted my account. Don't recommend using!

Hi Debbie, Thank you for downloading Yayzy & sharing your feedback. As some supermarkets also sell fuel & vice versa, your transaction may have been categorized so due to this. There is an option to manually re-categorize. We understand its not the experience you expect & are working hard to improve it. I confirm your account was deleted on 25/11
