I like paying through an app it's easy and convenient. However if there is a discrepancy it's hard to get a hold of a human to fix it so you're left to pay the full amount until you have time to actually go to the office or until whenever a person can get back to you which by that time (for me was about 2 wks) they've already added a bunch more fees on top of the error amount. As a Nurse I work over 60hrs most weeks and don't have time to run up to offices or make calls daily over an error.

Convenience and user friendly, but the only down side is you are unable to make split payments throughout the month before the rent is due to make it easier to pay rent. Also after your account is approved to pay by checking account to avoid $4.95 debit card processing fee the system seems to be ridged not to accept the approved checking account for payments, so you force to use debt card and charged the fee anyway. Other than that if you don't mind paying the additional fees the app is a plus

Only reason you didn't get a 5 star is because the options that are available in the maintenance section doesn't always match what the issue or problem is. This should be updated and you need to add an interior tab at least for the windows and flooring in the homes.
