Easy enough to enter maintenance requests. Somewhat clunky, but does the job. Gave it 3 stars because i like being able to enter requests but the app has other features that I don't think liberty utilizes. Like the events tab for example. Again, overall I rather use this app than call the housing office. It creates an email tracker and you can see your previous requests as well.

It's quick and easy to use. The reception on base is almost nonexistent, and if you don't use wifi calling it's hard to call the maintenance extension, which gets transferred to a call center. This way there's no waiting, as soon as you think of (or remind yourself) of any maintenance needed or wanting to check an event time and date, you can hope on the app and do what you need to do and you can even do it while at work. Super self explanatory and super easy to use.

I put in a work request for pest control in just 2 mins, including the time to take pictures of the ants and login. I would suggest downloading. Way faster than going to the office or previous online requests system. ** after further use of the app, I started to have the same problems others mentioned, wrong personal info, no events or announcements when I know I have emails and seen flyers that say there are.
