After the recent Sept 2023 update, it's harder to create work requests, which MAY BE THE INTENT, but giving the creators the benefit of the doubt that the app is just not fully updated yet. Please change it back to how it was, we don't need to have to log into 2-3 different apps and websites just to ask to have the AC or water heater fixed.

The app was okay until it decided I am no longer a resident. Checked in with the community office, and they did a video of my attempt to log in and sent it in. Weeks later, their error still isn't fixed.

Trash app when you click on request maintenance it send you to a website and you have to log in there but when you do finally get logged in the options are so limited you can't even request the right maintenance you need. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

We're sorry to learn your experience with our app. The new maintenance feature requires an additional login separate from your app login to allow for appointment scheduling. Our goal is for your experience with our app to be convenient and time-saving. Please reach out to your community office with any questions or concerns. We're here for you!
What's new
New Features: Schedule routine service requests for completion during a timeframe that is convenient for you! Permission to Enter (PTE) is no longer required to submit routine service requests through the app. You can also submit multiple service requests at once!
