Arizona 55+ RV park acquired 9/8/23. All residents being charged for previously pre-paid lot rent, prior paid electric and zero days to pay from stmnt date to due date. New mnger will not correct billing errors, no live portals on app, no communication from her or corporate, they ignore calls. App is useless. New ownership management is the worst nightmare possible.

This app is very useful for reporting maintenance issues and making monthly lease payments.
