I don't understand why an app is necessary. Half the pages on the app take you to the website and won't load quickly and crash often. I'd much rather have a great web portal than an app that takes up space on my phone. Clunky and slow

Cannot update payment information in app. Tried to update card info, but wouldn't add the updated expiration without deleting previous info, which can only be done on desktop. Events are not up to date and dtn maintenance is a genuine joke if not a detriment to quality of life

Seems pretty good to me, but the Laundry room could definitely use some maintenance, the machines are worn and could probably be replaced.
