It's handy for some things, but there are some "gotcha" bugs that can result in fines for you (like the autopay feature looking like it requires an end date even when it doesn't) or show up as bulletin posts that just hang (presumably because they were never approved). The best feature is the maintenance request, where you can attach a photo (though not video).

It works well. Love the fingerprint sign in. Maintenance requests are also easy to place. The bulletin board is also useful. and I like not having to go to a website for my bills.
