Do business on your schedule. App provides ability to pay rent and utilities securely whenever it's convenient for me. It also provides the option of submitting maintenance work orders. Now I don't have to remember to call the office during hours. Also, being able to add pics is a bonus when you can't remember what that little thingy is called.

I will say it was great at first, but as soon as I set up auto payment, it all went downhill. I paid my rent in the app, but it didn't go through. It was reading that my balance was $0 so I couldn't make the payment again and now I'm getting penalized even though I have well over $300 of what I owe. So despite making sure that I could more than cover rent, I now I have to take time to go get money orders/risk not being able to make payments on time. And my apartment office "can't do anything."

it still needs some work. There are so many ways this can be utilized and the community is not taking full advantage of it, such as keeping up with events, crave fitness schedule, or even announcements or information about the community.
