Rushed and unfinished. "Have" to use it for work. There are clear signs of what the developer "wants" to include, but it's an incomplete buggy mess. Every update that "fixes" one issue causes at least two more, and the UI is clearly not designed by someone who kept Keep It Simple Stupid in mind with too many tabs and collapsed info. fields making it impossible to take in necessarily information to do my job at a simple glance, and too many unnecessary entry fields for work order creation.

If you can successfully navigate past its Login errors by reinstalling the app until it works and actually pushes you through into inspections, it will take literal minutes to load even 1 inspection. When uploading your completed inspection, it will say "successfully completed" but it lies. You have to keep submitting it until it actually vanishes, otherwise it will be locked in pending on the computer. Sometimes this can take 5 or 6 tries. Infuriating. Hot garbage.

Half of everything doesn't work how it should. Most noticeably would be anything about messaging a tenant doesn't work, whether it be letting them know I'm on my way for a work order or just general SMS. There are 0 ways to sort through work orders in the queue and when my property is pushing 70 W/Os per week alone, that won't do.
