Very good support. i feel that the platform could be more transparent about when things go wrong. eg. i received two waybill numbers and two pin codes. also in one od my sales the pudo locker was full so it could not be delivered. this is all quite daunting for a new user. i still dont know what happened to my locker fee as a result of the cancellation. the sale had to be cancelled because of an error but im still holding on to the items for the buyer

I love Yaga, and their support is really good. But lately, I can't edit an item by adding more pics on the item. It works inconsistently, which is very annoying. Tonight added extra pics on one item, and then a next item, an error, kept coming up that it failed. It's so frustrating. I have the latest version of the app.

I used this app mainly to sell clothes before I immigrated to another country. It did take quite a bit of my time taking photos, chatting to buyers and then wrapping & shipping. However, when minimising your life to move, it's really nice to have the option of making a bit of cash in the process! I little bit annoying when the Buyers don't pick up their order/forget to mark complete but the Yaga team had my back when that happened! Would highly recommend :)
