I use to used this app as the old version was very good this new version just can't let me to sign in, the moment they sent me the code and i try to enter it, it say this session expired.. I can't even sign in through this app but if i go to the web then i can sign in.. Can some one look into this pls..

I already signed up for this app, when i logged in, it needs verification by sending msg to my phone which I haven't received. I've resend multiple times but the verification msg didn't came.

It says I must call bibd centre to activate my debit card, but when I call, they say just update my bibd apps. And when I updated it already, it still does nothing and ask me the same thing all over again. I dont know what to do anymore. I did what this app asked and what bibd center asked too. Need help.

Hi, let me try to assist. In your BIBD app, you will need to enable "Online Transactions" in the Card Management section.
To do this, first log in and click on "Account Services". Next, click on "Debit Card", followed by "Card Management".
Toggle the "Online Transactions" switch and press Confirm. This will enable your card for online purchases.
