Having issues with app and phone connecting. Has nothing to do with internet connection. Everything shows 100% on app but can't view previously recorded video or live version. If I keep trying to connect after a while it will connect but drops when I view previous recorded. This is very irritating. Is their an update or another app to connect to the camera? You did not deserve that star I'll have to put one to be abble to put a comment

Camera worked fine for maybe 9 months,all of a sudden it showed not connected.tried numerous times to reconnect.,same every time,message wifi connection failed very frustrating, giving up on this junk tried to supprt/help no answer,,,do not recommend this product ppl,spend a few extra dollars and buy something more reliable,maybe something not made in China
