Manage to add new pass and login. BUT for the email..it kept asking to verify email, yet there is no verification email in my email inbox. 'send again' multiple times, no email. check spam folder, none. Literally, there's nothing. Yet, this notification kept pestering me to verify my email. can't even use the app peacefully. This is very inconvenient and annoying. Please fix this bug ASAP.

I had issue with the app previously whereby the XOX Mobile icon is not working and I could not check my account details (season pass, data, call minutes, etc.). Tried contacting them through their query website form but feedback was not helpful. Then I called their hotline and managed to solve the issue. If you have any issue, my advice is just to contact their hotline number.

This app very useless ,cannot manage anything easily,the UI is complex. In this app I cannot manage my plan and data used . I regret why did I convert to xox. The costumer will loss because of App.hope you make a simple UI and easy manag page in front of the page . Please add billing section ,addon in under phone number , and manual topup pin in this .
