Had to speak with customer service for a somewhat long time to know it's only for verified wow mobile users and NOT INTERNET services. That's why it doesn't recognize my email or phone number on the app. The application name must change. They don't have an app for the internet services. Only available on the website.

Can you guys please put a bold disclaimer saying that this is only for people who have Mobile service through Wow and only then they can log in? This is not for home Internet service. Actually, I don't even know how you fix this. Current name of the app is just terrible. Just change it to reach mobile and direct customer to download that. Remove wow from the title as more people have internet service and confuse this with that.
