The customer factor is a great program. But the phone app is straight garbage, if you do to many things at one time is freezes and won't load anything. You have to shut down the app and try to reload it, half the time it won't even reload. Very frustrating when you are trying to work amd get customers info.

Frequent crashes, excessive background battery drain. Functionality is fine, no issues. But TCF keeps running in the background, has halved my battery life, and when I check logs I see crashes and only from TCF. I recommend severely limiting background usage, disabling location services, and when not actively using the app, going to "App Info" and "Force Stop App" every time it's not the active app on your screen.

I purchased the year subscription to Customer Factor and had a hard time figuring it out (totally my fault, I'm not a quick learner when it comes to new apps). Unfortunately I had customers waiting for invoices so I just decided to go with another platform, and when I contacted the developer of CF and told them I needed to delete my account, they immediately acted on my request & to my surprise, sent me a very fair refund for the remainder of my subscription! They also took the time to explain all the features and show me how awesome Customer Factor really is. Needless to say, I will be switching back as soon as we get to winter & our schedule slows down enough for me to learn how to use it. Customer factor is way better priced than the others, and they are very helpful if you actually reach out to them for assistance. I would highly recommend this app for small service businesses!
