The FCMB EasyPay app is very useful, handy and easy to use. However, after the last update of August 2023, the app crashes upon initiating cardless payments. Please review and resolve accordingly.

My phone is nfc enabled but when I click on existing customer, then input my account number, it tells me invalid and contact customer service, that's tiring for first time experience, now I'm discouraged to go further

Imediately, I installed this app, I got the error message "FCMB EasyPay keeps stopping" how do I rectify this?
