HOW TO GET STARTED:
1. Download the free Wilma Fit App
2. Sign into the Wilma Fit App securely with your login information
3. Access your workouts and get moving

WHAT YOU'LL FIND WITH THE WILMA FIT APP:

FITNESS and WORKOUTS

HOME PLAN:
-6 total at-home workouts (20-40 min) each week in both video and written form. You hit "play" and let head trainer Meg Miles guide you through.
-Minimal equipment required: 5 and 10 lb. dumbbells, a heavy resistance band, and a chair/step.
-Follow-along workout videos you can cast to your TV or play on any device.

GYM PLAN:
-Go at your own pace with head trainer Meg Miles' gym workouts.
-6 total gym workouts (60 min.) each week in both video and written form.
-Video demonstrations of all exercises to give you confidence.
-Easy-to-follow instructions.

PREGNANCY GUIDE:
-New pregnancy-safe workouts each week programmed by a pre/post natal fitness specialist and trainer.
-Guiding you from week 13 (second trimester) to week 40 (delivery) of your pregnancy.
-Optional for at-home and/or gym pregnancy plans.
-Access to head trainer Meg Miles' pregnancy tips and motivation along the way to help you feel your strongest through pregnancy, delivery, and recovery.

ALL PLANS INCLUDE:
-Effectively programmed, tested, and designed for strength, muscle hypertrophy, and endurance.
-Modifiable for any fitness level and easy to follow.
-Programmed for you each week in a total body split to maximize your efforts and lead to greater results.
-A recommended schedule given to you each week.
-Workout tracker to help you reach your goals.
-Join challenges and reach your goals with the Wilma community.
-Access to an additional database of workouts for when you don’t have much time.

· MOTIVATION
A motivational message or workout/nutritional tip each week, giving you just what you need to keep working toward your goals.

· WILMA FIT CHALLENGES
Earn daily medals as you complete mini challenges to keep you motivated along with the Wilma Fit community.

Track your progress each week with the workouts you've completed, input your own workouts, and keep a calendar to refer back to.

I really love this app!! Only took away a star because I have experienced some bugs on my android. For example whenever I mark a workout complete and then go and check my progress, the app marks that I completed the workout on the wrong day - which makes tracking my workouts challenging/confusing. I don't think there's a way to change time/date settings unfortunately. Besides some of these issues, the workouts are really fantastic!

First fitness app I've been able to stick with. It takes very little planning or mental energy from me to follow these work outs or plan my week because of the structure of the app. Im not really a weightlifter or strength training style person, but this has made me feel much more confident in only a few weeks. Was a little glitchy at first, but it was resolved quickly & if it happens occasionally it's usually my phone losing steam. Tech support for getting everything squared away was great.

This app is awesome! The recommended workout schedule helps me make sure I'm working multiple groups, and they are fast paced and efficient. Meg is so up eat and positive and I love following her workouts! My only complaint is the casting only works with a Chromecast. I can't get the app to cast to my Roku TV or my Android TV, when my phone has no problem casting YouTube or other apps to the TVs. It's just the Wilma app that won't work.
