JBL BAR Setup

At the beginning it was confusing to get the set up going, but it was finally done. Less than a month later, it no longer wants to connect with my Wi-Fi. I deleted the app and even factory reset the 5.1 Surround Bar, but no luck. I unplugged and left it disconnected and cleared my cache/Wi-Fi set ups. The process to set up doesn't work smoothly and when it comes to finally connecting to my wifi router. The system doesn't find it, so I repeat all the steps and still nothing! Garbage experience!

One of the worst apps for setting up a soundbar I've used. I had bose My last two sound bars and that app is so easy and quick to use. This app constantly loads or thinks every time you click on anything and it never connects despite calling tech support and going through the instructions over and over. This is a POS.

This app is useless. It never connects the soundbar to my home wireless network; it just spins endlessly. I tried clearing the app cache and reinstalling it, forgot all my wireless networks, created a new wireless network on an isolated VLAN with no firewall, 2.4GHz versus 5GHz, connecting via the Google Home app.. and still it sits there and spins, mocking me. Now my new soundbar broadcasts its own Wi-Fi network for all my neighbors to see, and I can't do anything about it. Thanks a bunch!
