I got to purchase from the app once... wait time was expected due to the quantity I purchased... BUT what's absolutely unacceptable is that the app crashes every time it's launched... please fix this bug. My first experience was really worth it and now it's just disappointing.

Awaiting a refund for the past 3 weeks. Every time I follow up it's a new lie so I will be reporting the charge as fraudulent because that is exactly what it is. Why lie by saying the refund was processed when you know it never was. Be careful using this service as they apparently don't do refunds even if they never provided the service you paid for.

Got an order that was missing a side of fries. The driver and someone from administration said I'll get a refund. Three weeks later I have not gotten a refund yet. WiEat has no phone number or email on their website to contact them and they do not answer the chat on the app. I had to call a vendor to ask them for the WiEat number to speak to them. Never had an issue with the service before this but it seems that their administrative side struggles with customer service.
