One hearing aid says it's on,says it's connected, but is not working at all, and left hearing aid is very diminished and muffled. They have a full charge and have been updated without any improvements. I have to return to Audiologist for a full diagnostic and / or replacement. This set is only about 14 months old.

Can you Please fix your app!!? It keeps stopping! Works great when it's working but the way it stops and shuts down is very frustrating! Can you please fix the problem! I just don't understand why you have an app That Doesn't WORK!

Pending updates block use of the app, I only turn on the hearing aids when I need them, which is not a good time to have them not work for 5 minutes. Please add an update later option so in that situation, I can continue using the app and update them later that day. Otherwise a good app.
