Very bad experience!! The app doesn't have a setting where you can address any issue. I have $27.20 cashed out to PayPal for a month still showing pending!! That's stealing!! Not cool at all!!

Sometimes when I open the app, I've lost tickets and exp. Usually when I switch to a different BT app like Solitaire I often lose both. At least the bank is safe. It never loses ticket, however 80 - 90 percent of the time I can't bank tickets because the server is busy. How can the server be too busy to bank 1000 but not too busy to bank 100? I can bank 1000 - 2000 tickets a day. If there's a Max deposit limit say so, or fix it. Otherwise I really like most of their apps.

I have always been a fan of this game I love playing mahjong it helps me in keeping focus. Well I have to say that this game is beginning to get on my nerves for the simple fact if you win 30 minutes to get extra tickets is cool but I don't like that while you are playing and you win a 5 minutes you lose your remaining time that sucks and I don't like it when you get through with a game and the counter is still counting down and when you try to get back to the next level before your timer runs
