This application is a poor experience for a restaurant company. When you place an order there is a progress bar which if you phone goes to sleep will vanish. With no way back, so I don't even know if it works. The time estimate vs the time in the order vs the time in the email are all different, and all wrong. There is no notification that food is ready. Also if the Internet goes out at the place you placed an order at it will never go through.

It's and Ok modern app. But there's a lot of lacking features that should be part of the app like being able to look at your previous orders, looking at your order details, and frankly bad rewards system. But it also is good at ordering system but also can use a dedicated area to order the exact amount of sauce to split between your wings instead of having to say that in the description.

Great food, great app... the only thing I don't like is the optional tip at the end right before you click to pay. I selected $0 and chose the wrong card so order declined. I entered correct card & assumed my $0 tip was still there. The app went back to default 15% tip settings so they got an $8 tip. I was low on funds so that $8 tip to make my food stung when I was picking up my own food
