Extremely dificult to book flights. If you are lucky enough to get some of your data entered, it may all disappear when you try to go back for corrections. Developers should look at other travel sites for inspiration. Others that work great and are easy to use are copa, spirit, american, and united.

The only problem I have with wingo is that buying a ticket can be tricky because they auto-add options, such as seat selection and baggage, and it's not immediately clear how to switch the options off, having to hunt through the page to see what's adding the additional fees and how to remove. Good experience with the airline otherwise. Cancun to Medellin and back twice now. No problems for me or anyone else on the flight. Easy going, no stress.

Hello Damian. The services can be withdrawn if you do not need them and thus continue purchasing with the initially purchased rate.
Our APP has had several improvements so that you do not have these problems again. We recommend you update your version of our Wingo APP ✈💜👐

If I could I would give -5 stars, impossible to pay on the app. I have to use a third party company to purchase the same flight for 80$ more. terrible
