About this app

Get access to science-based, practical tools to help you handle stress with Foundations. Build your resilience with evidence-based activities and programs carefully curated by the team of skilled mental health professionals at Koa Health. Work on your wellbeing whenever is best for you with exercises based on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and positive psychology.

Foundations was created to help organizations support their staff and members, and requires that you register with a validated email (typically a work email, or one youā€™ve signed up with online). If youā€™re unsure if your company has access or where you should sign up - or would like to join our beta program - please contact us at foundations@koahealth.com

Great app. I cannot believe it's free (thanks to the beta-tester programme). Some great points: Most activities are short and clearly worded. No lengthy "onboarding". You can choose ANY of the activities at any time, not just follow a "programme". But at the same time there are suggestions based on your profile / chosen focus. The real-life examples and step-by-step guided exercises are really helpful.

Foundations has helped me understand and manage anxiety and low mood and has helped me learn new skills and better habits. I have been part of the Beta programme for over 2 years now and I'm still finding new activities and programs to work through! I like that the app has a mixture of programs to work through - like work on your self-esteem- as well as being able to access the full library so you can directly access an activity/resource e.g. a guided meditation or sleep soundscape.

This app is amazing. The layout and look are easy to navigate around and i personally struggle with apps that feel more controlling of what I should be doing. However this app gives you freedom to move around and it really comes across as genuinely caring about peoples wellbeing. Now this next bit I write is not a critiscm I do think for me personally some more walking meditations and sections on anger need a but more content however great content here. Thank you a great app.
