Lately, when the wifi isn't working, I'm not able to reboot the gateway wirelessly through the app. Sometimes it'll say: Gate is offline or that it doesn't detect andly issues and I'm not able to reboot. My wife works from home and isn't the brightest bulb, so she needs me to wirelessly reboot the wifi when it's down. But the function hasn't worked for a long while now.

I just use it to view and pay my bill, works perfectly for that. You can also use this to test your connection speed, reset your connection, and check the status of any open repair tickets you have. Update: this app has become terrible and very buggy. My internet connection has become incredibly unstable, but they sure make sure to up the bill every so often. New service provider is coming to the area soon, cant come soon enough.

If it's supposed to crash when checking internet status, it's working great. Every time I attempt to check my internet status the app crashes. Stability is trash, support section is useless, I bet their billing section works. Update: internet is out in the whole house, but it's all good since the app says the router is connected to the internet with no connectivity issues. The red light on the router says different. They decided to increase my bill by $20, for their great product of course.
