Just downloaded the app and it doesn't work. After creating a pin, I go to create a username and password and when I select add, it gives me a message that username and password doesn't match.

App does not work at all, system message keeps popping up saying app keeps closing. Had literally for 30 seconds i just downloaded it on August 28th 2022 . 08/28/2022 and already unistalled it .

App is not working. Let's me create a pin then choose username and password and when you click submit a message window pops up saying it can't log in because something is wrong. Help please?
