The EmojiKidz App is a powerful communication software to be used with the EmojiKidz smartwatch for children.
This app allows parents to connect to their children’s watch via the EmojiKidz app on their smartphone:
Voice Chat: easy communication with instant voice chat.
Real-Time Position: check the location of the child at any time. Past locations and trajectories are also available.
Safe Zone: create safety zones for your child and receive alerts if the child leaves the zone.
Family Members: only allowed numbers can communicate with the watch. Parents can manage family and relatives on the contact list directly from the app.

I'm very disappointed. Cool watch but I have done everything in terms of troubleshooting but I have meter been able to receive voice notes or pictures that are sent from the app. The app will crash. Support doesn't know what's going on and have not been able to fix the issue

This watch won't connect to the app. I have been trying to get everything set up all night and agin this morning but I am getting a message that says "The binding code is invalid" and when I try to connect by putting in the IME number it says its not registered. I called the support number twice but to no avail it did no good. Someone was supposed to contact me with in 4 hours but I have not heard anything. I will be calling to terminate service, get my money back and find a better device.

I've been paying for this watch for two years. Never has held a charge to make it worth it. Trying to cancel and it is proving to be difficult. Customer service link is worthless.
