I'm not happy with the new bank app and system update. I liked the convenience of having my money immediately and now have to wait for it to pend for an entire business day. The app is easy to use and similar to the previous one. The app constantly forced closes and sends me error messages. Didn't have these issues with the previous app.

The app crashes all the time. Doesn't matter what time of day or if on wifi or phone service provider network. The app itself is user friendly when you can actually log into the accounts.

I think if i have my biometrics set up that should be my password inside the app for when it asks me for my password again and then a security question right after. Love the convenience of the app, just needs some tweeks please.
