Needs work (debugging) The app will only let you click once on a page before you need to refresh (or switch menu pages to get it to work). It seems that messages are lost from one system to the other, I get messages that do not belong to me. It is very slow and the black interface looks horrible. Needs a lot of work debugging and optimizing.

Preplans don't load in. Messages are back finally, but I'm seeing messages that aren't for me. Messages should be two way, allow us to reply via app. While other companies have well executed apps with two way video calling with dispatch and forums/group chat with drivers, we have an app that works on occasion, and is utterly useless for months on end. This app can be such a useful tool that could boost driver productivity tremendously. This app has needed professional help for more than a year.

It's a worthless waste of 8.84 MB of memory. 24 MAR 21 App says new version is available at the play store. Play Store offers only uninstall or open which goes back to the black screen to get the update. In addition to never getting Qualcomm messages on the app, now it is going to take 20 mins to write up a 15 min post Trip. OK! Here is the workaround. Uninstall and reinstall app, then it will open correctly. We'll see if the messaging will return to what was working in the app in September '20
