i ordered airfryer , which is not working at all,not turning on and had to submit that in nesto for repair of the complete new product ...World's poor customer service ever. neither on time delivery, no email or message that order is out for delivery, no reply on email... no ans on call, worst ever shopping experience for the first time in our 15 years in Dubai. definitely not recommending buying from them.

Bad customer service. No one pick up the call even after 30 minutes. Always showing error while trying to sign in through app. No order tracking facility.
