I will rate one star why so very log in this game can you fix the log because every evening I will play this game so very log please we party fix the log issue

It's my first time playing this game, I dont know if its a bug, I wanted to change my avatar from a male to female and my name, And then a text appeared saying " Cannot change, try again in 51 days " Like what??. I tried restarting the app, it still showing the same thing, in the log screen it keeps saying " session expired " everytime i would change my avatar, There's nothng wrong with my wifi though.

Hi I'm lisa this is nice but it's no people in the game I can't to play this because it's e Hurd and so boring and so sad but it's okay I will give you full raets but next time you have to do good okay
