Purchased the option to have someone authenticate some coins. For ten bucks. When I hit submit all I get is some Chinese writing that I can not translate. Nothing happens. No help option. No customer service option. No way to speak to someone about this. Guess this makes this app a scam. Also all coins seem to be worth a lot. Even pocket change can be valued at $6 for a common 2023 penny in very poor circulated condition.

0 stars this app sucks, app won't do nothing won't log my collection every aspect of this abomination is absolutely aggravating and makes my anger levels dangerously implode and evacuate its bowels , who designed this bowel movement?? If you ever want to actually offer an app that is easy to navigate and provide collectors an app that won't cause them to violently trash their collection and hobby , message me I'll explain a much easier way , other than that your in the right direction

I purchased the premium upgrade and when I get to login it tells me to accept the 7-Day trial membership. It does not recognize me. It does not recognize the coins. It will not let my appraisal go through it says there is a network problem but everything else is working fine on my phone. Just very upset cuz I think it's the heritage auction companies app and it is not working at all. I paid close to $100 and all it does is sit and spin. It just allows me to submit even one appraisal.
