Just a crappy app all around. Really useless since it never refects actual account or credit card balances & takes up to 3 days (or more) for it to refect any ACH payments / transfers / deposits / even made between the same checking and savings accounts. Poor user interface hard to see and navigate even on a large format phone. Skip the app and just use browesr for desktop site, which is only marginally better.

The app constantly freezes and you can't log in and there is no reaaon why. Customer support shows you as logging in and can't fix the peoblem. The website is just as bad but you can at least log in, you just have to do it multiple times....yaayyyy!

If you pay your credit card through this app BEWARE! The bank doesn't tell you that your payment is rounded down, you pay what you owe on time but then the bank charges you a $25 late fee for money their app didn't tell you, you owed! SCAM! For example if you owe $50.50 minimum payment. This app will tell you you only owe $50. Then the bank charges you a $25 late fee for not paying the $0.50 on time! They have been doing this to me for months and wont refund me all my money!
