It is unacceptable to have me pay for tickets and charge my credit card, and THEN require me to install the app to get the tickets. And then the app requires me to choose sports and clubs I'm interested in without the ability to skip. I'm not interested in any of this, and it should be illegal to use this scummy tactic after I already paid for the ticket.

WATCH OUT FOR THEIR TICKETS RESELL WEBSITE, THEY SELL EXPIRED TICKETS AND WON'T REFUND YOU. I was trying to buy a ticket for Blvd World and could not find the ticket I was looking for, the app offers you to go to their tickets resell website, since they allow you to buy tickets from their own resell website, those tickets should typically be valid for use. I bought three tickets just to find out they are expired from Jan. 2024. Customer support wash their hands and no refund. Such a shame!

Cannot use app: The sharing location notification pops up, but it doesn't allow me to share my location. This notification pop up remains on the screen which prevents me from using the app and viewing my ticket. How can I enter venues when the app does not allow me to view ticket purchases?
