El customer service es terrible, casi nunca resuelven. No solo eso, las unidades no llegan a los puntos de destino y marcan el abordaje del pasajero haciendo que los usuarios pierdan el dinero.

La aplicación cada vez con más errores. Las unidades no llegan nunca y no notifican cuando cancelan los viajes. El servicio al cliente por WhatsApp es casi inútil y cuando preguntas en donde se encuentra la unidad, a veces no responden y te cierran tu caso.
