Steps for correct installation.
Always make sure your watch is paired to your phone when installing.
Pairing with Wi-Fi works best. You must also use the same Gmail account for Play store purchase and watch device.
When it says "installing soon" please wait at least 5 minutes then check your watch to see if installation is complete.
Another option is to install directly from your watch.
Go to Play store app on your watch and search the watch face name "NXV43" then try to install directly from your watch.
Please note you will only get charged once even if you attempt to download again if you are using same Gmail account.

I had to email them to get help downloading the watch face. They were really quick to respond and help. This watch face is really pretty when its on your watch and easily one of my favorites.

Downloaded and it looks nothing like what is pictured. What a waste of time spent installing. It's too bad because the watch face looks nice

Sorry but dont understand.. the watch face is exactly as in the description and screenshots. If you are not happy with it the refund option is there.

UPDATE: The developer got in touch with me in regard to the watch face not loading on my watch and he worked with me and we finally got this watch face to download on my watch and I love it.

Steps for correct installation...
1. Make sure your watch is paired with your phone.
2. Choose your watch as install device
3. When it says "installing soon" wait for 5 minutes and check on your watch to see if installation is completed.
4. If above does not work, you can search for "NXV43" directly from your watch under "More watch faces"
