The MD296 is a Hybrid Wear OS watch face by Matteo Dini MD.

This watch face supports all Wear OS devices with API Level 30+ like Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, 5, 6, Pixel Watch etc.
Watch face features:
- 12/24hr (based on phone settings)
- Date
- Battery
- Heart rate*
- Steps (changeable)
- Moon phase
- 3 Preset app shortcuts
- 2 customizable shortcuts
- Date + Day + Month
- 4 customizable fields / complications
- Always ON Display supported with changeable colors
- Changeable LCD colors, Hands, general colors, indexes, brightness
Customization:
1 - Touch and hold display
2 - Tap on customize option
*Heart Rate Notes:
The watch face does not automatically measure and does not automatically display the HR result when installed.
To view your current heart rate data you’ll need to take a manual measurement. To do this, tap on the heart rate display area (see images). Wait a few seconds. The watch face will take a measurement and display the current result.
After the first manual measurement, the watch face can automatically measure your heart rate every 10 minutes. Manual measurement will also be possible.
***some features may not be available on some watches.

After a recent fix, the watch face is now working perfectly well on my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. However, I wish it also had a blue LCD.

We were unable to replicate your issue.
We recommend clearing the temporary cache on your watch:
- Reboot your watch by holding both buttons until "Rebooting..." appears on the screen and release the buttons immediately
Then, uninstall and reinstall the watchface.

I have a Samsung Ultra 21S. The MD296 phone interface is very slow and wants to constantly drop out of customization. Not just when you update. Without touching the phone the interface will drop out of customizing. Have to constantly restart face customization. Very annoying. Watch once programmed looks nice. Need to fix the interface. I also agree with another reviewer in that my Classic 4 LTE has become very sluggish using this watch face. Have rebooted and reloaded programs. Still lags slow

That's doesn't depend on the watchface.
It's an issue that sometimes happens due to a bug on ONE UI and wearable app.
Samsung has already been notified.

You can customize the watch face directly on the watch as described without issues

There's not much to say here that isn't already true and has been said about Matteo's brilliance but yes as several have already mentioned, this watchface in particular adds noticeable lag to my Samsung watch 4. I've cleaned the cache & rebooted the watch several times, funny thing is there's only a noticeable lag with this face and none of the 30+ watchfaces I have installed from Matteo & Ballozi combined....excellent watchface that needs an update to address the slowdown, sincere thanks!
