To customize your watch face, simply touch and hold the display, then tap on the Customize button. To add the weather complication, long press the center of the watch face, tap the Customize button, scroll to Complications, and tap the rectangle on the left, then tap Weather. Make sure to enable all permissions in the Settings -> Applications menu.
