On The Run STL Wash

This app is terrible what's the point of paying for unlimited car washes if when I try to redeem one at the kiosk it tells me I don't have any available? And yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone. Not to mention your car washes being so poor quality I have to sometimes go through multiple times just to get my head lights clean and hand wash my windows after just to have good visibility.

Possibly, the worst app I've ever downloaded in my entire life. It is virtually worthless, in all capacities. I had to have a station attendant manually enroll me in the program, using one of their registers. Every single option that I have attempted to use, in-app, has failed to function (w/ the exception of loading vehicle info). Fire the devs, and replace them with someone who can actually design a functioning app. Please, and thank you.

I could not express how bad this app is. It crashes constantly. It doesn't allow you to update profile information. Got a new phone number and there is no way to change it in the app. Can't make a new account because my vehicle is tied to the old phone number. There isn't even so much as a customer support phone number to ask for help. Utterly useless.
