I like how the app tells you when the clothes are finished washing or drying. The area that holds the clothes is too small for $6. Kind of a rip off, and sneaky to make the area that holds clothes so small, too. Like why? Updated to 5 stars because the app is great, I just think the machines are too small for the price. No problem with the app at all. If you're having problems, it's probably your phone or Internet connection not the app

I've never had a problem not connecting to a machine; technically. But wow... I definitely find that the connectivity is not great for the machines and the notifications just don't come in for any phone. I've had three different ones while using this app and none of them have received any timely notification( within 45 to 30 minutes of the actual stop time). The only reason that I wouldn't give it a one star is because it does work for every machine that I've tried it with us far.

I have told them time & time again that the "active machines" function doesn't work on the app half the time, especially on the dryer. I am constantly adding another full cycle & wasting my money on said cycle, when I could have just added a few minutes like I needed & only a fraction of the cost. It seems like a minor expense, but it all adds up! I've emailed them over & over about this problem & they don't care. They claim to fix it with the next update, but its a very temporary fix!
