Started out strong but now it doesn't stay on. I press start and get a mile or so in and when I check my distance it shows that mile or so. I go back to walking and when I look again it isn't tracking at all. It has stopped, says to start and hasn't saved the previous mile or so. So frustrating. So far, according to my Garmin watch, I'm six miles into my day but the app has recorded nothing. Update: The 99 walks team got right back to me about this and the issue has been fixed! Thank you!!

I recently installed this on my brand new phone. I couldn't set up an account but managed to get one set up for me by using the help link to send an email. This morning, two separate times I started to track a walk, it was tracking, and I'd get to the end and open up to stop only to find nothing there. Back on Start, nothing logged, and no help button/link/feature to be found anywhere in the app. Nor can I find the original email in my inbox to reply.

The app is bare bones and not as described in the FAQ. The description states you can track your walks with watches, Fitbit, etc. What it doesn't tell you is there is no integration between apps so everything has to be manually entered. To me this is cheating without ucountability. When I asked about integration I was told the program was for "intentional walks" and not tracking other exercise or day to day movement. I won't be renewing.

Hi Tracy. Thank you for feedback, it helps us improve. We'll review our description and FAQs to ensure we clearly communicate our mission and features. Though we never intended for 99 Walks to be a step counter (our focus is intentional walks & community), we are working on a FitBit integration this summer. Warmly, Joyce (CEO and Pack Leader)
